We went in a little nervous because a small diamond fell out of my Tacori engagement ring from 18 years ago. I wear it every day and barely take it off and noticed the small diamond on the side was gone and Bailey Banks and Biddle is no longer in business. I walked in to just browse some watches and started chatting with Courtney. She was pleasant, patient and very accommodating. I was so pleased with my experience and purchase.
