Sarah Shattuck provided a very warm welcome and followed up by delivering a superb client experience. She was interested in how she could assist me and very capably and professionally represented Hannoush. She cleaned my diamond so beautifully it sparkles like it probably hasn’t since the day I received it. She was a delight and I’ll be back again!

My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Hannoush Jewelers 16 years ago and we received excellent customer service. Fast forward 16 years and I went into the store today to have my rings cleaned. I expected that they would have to have them for a few days but the wonderful staff said they could do it today and it would be done within an hour!
