Courtney at the North Shore Mall was amazing! Fantastic customer service, said hello to us as soon as we walked through the door and offered to clean my jewelery. So professional and helped my husband and I pick out exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back to see her for all of our jewelery needs!

My husband bought my engagement ring at Hannoush, almost 24 years ago. I stopped by the store at the North Shore Mall to have it cleaned. After carefully inspecting my ring I was told that the crown of the ring was very worn and I was at risk for loosing my diamond. They promptly ordered a new crown and the on-site jeweler replaced the crown, one prong, re-tipped my diamond and tightened my side diamonds, all for a reasonable price.
