Incredible experience. Top notch!!! Chris and his team are always so professional yet welcoming. Had a couple of unique situations to be handled. Chris understood the personal connection my wife had and delivered an amazing result. In a world where customers don’t think twice about verbally attacking you when something goes wrong yet you hear nothing when things go great. I brought in my engagement ring and wedding ring in to have them appraised. Chris the jeweler was very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. I am very happy with how my rings look after the cleaning. The service was outstanding and I will definitely come back.
