regina was very helpful I had stopped in with a pandora charm that was turning black and didn’t know how to take care of it and she offered to clean it for me and told me how to care for the silver and helped me pick out a new chain as well I came back today a couple weeks later to ask them to clean it again and for no charge regina and the other gentleman there helped me, they are extremely kind and helpful here and will definitely continue using them for my jewelry needs!

Gina was absolute delight to work with! We had two custom pieces designed, and made by Hannoush, and couldn’t be happier! Gina is incredibly knowledgeable, and always made sure we had our questions answered. And if there was something she was unsure about she would always get back to us. Never left us waiting. She worked non stop with us until we had exactly what we wanted. We are absolutely in love with our pieces, and will never buy fine jewelry anywhere else!
