I walked into the store for a quick clean for my grandmothers bracelet expecting to wait at least 10-15 minutes but Kaitlyn & Rachel assured me it was going to be a quick process, and it sure was! But along with the process i got to personally chat with them and share some stories together. They were both very welcoming and i never had an experience like that before in the store. I wanna thank and shout out those girls again!! Can’t wait to do more shopping with them soon.
Rachel and Kaitlyn were so sweet and helpful! They helped me pick out the perfect gift for my mother in law, and I ended up getting an extra necklace along with the bracelet because they were so good. Thank you ladies!

Such an amazing store! I don't know a lot about jewelry so I was nervous walking in but the staff were amazing, Kaitlyn helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy. Definitely coming back!
