Came in to pick out a gift for my grandmother from my grandfather who recently entered hospice care. This is most likely the last Christmas he will get with his wife of 55 years. Kaitlyn was extremely helpful and sympathetic to the situation and handled the entire shopping experience with care and grace. She was wonderful to talk to an extremely patient while I was going back-and-forth with my Papa and cousin on the phone.
