one of my charms broke, within a 1-2 week time span and I came back to see if they can replace it or if I can get a new one and they were so lovely to help me out. honestly excellent customer service.

I accompanied my Daughter to Hannoush Jewelers at the North Shore mall . Robin Mangos was at the entrance to the store . I asked Robin to assist my Daughter while I went for coffee. During this time I managed to get lost in the mall . My Daughter Marnie was interested in purchasing a Cross necklace.
