Shane was great. He explained everything in clean terms. He answered all of our questions. All options were given and explained clearly. He was friendly as well as being professional, personable and easy to deal with. We will go to Hanson’s when it comes time to do other projects on our home.

I was asked to reschedule the first appointment. The second appointment, the salesman said he was over an hour away and not feeling well and wanted to do a zoom call instead. After 2 hrs of learning about a rubber roof the salesman wanted me to make a decision on the roofing package. He clearly got annoyed when I told him that I still had other roofers to meet with and he told me to cancel those appointments.
