Shane New was patient. He fully explained the whole experience, he was very thorough and answered all our questions. He was good with our dogs. I would recommend Shane New if you are looking for new windows. He not only explained everything he showed us.. he was very respectful of our home and our property as well. He listened to both me and my husband and took both of our concerns into consideration.

I was left with 2 full boxes of siding that I am sure I paid for but were not needed had to pay to repair my air conditioner because they put the internal plug in backwards and I still have a dumpster in my driveway 3 days after the job was completed

Hi I had several issues going on due to the previous installers and Shawn Peebler and Shawn Edward's was absolutely amazing to work with as they got straight to the bottom of what I had addressed to them as well as finding a couple of small issues I hadn't noticed and did everything to fix what needed to be done great customer service I had alot of fun with them very great couple of guys currently waiting on some siding they needed to order to finish it off . Shane was very thorough in his assessment of what my roof repair entailed and explained everything in great detail. He even did a check to make sure I understood by asking me to tell him what I was agreeing to! He was very honest with his answers and didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t want.
