Everything went great. Rep(Doug) was very knowledgeable about his product. Straight forward about everything. We had a couple hoops to jump through. But he was there to help us through it. Thanks 800 Hansen's, and thanks Doug. Didn't expect to have this good of experience. We are looking forward to have new windows.

Bob from the Kalamazoo office was the best. He explained the entire roofing process and it went smoothly, just as he promised. I didn't even have to pay anything until after the roof was on and I was completely satisfied. With Hansons, you can't afford not to get the best roof with a Lifetime guarantee.
