When we called Hansons to get an estimate for a new roof, we were very pleased with the process. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail from beginning to the end, explaining all of our options in detail. We were never pressured in any way to make any decisions. When we decided to go with Hansons, they had a work crew at home within one week. Scott, the sales person that came out was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Once the order agreement was completed he immediately scheduled in person to come out and do the final measurements of each window. Everything so far has gone like clockwork. excellent
