My experience was excellent! I called on a Friday for information about a previous purchase-6 years ago! I spoke with Beverly who was knowledgeable and efficient on the phone and was able to access information about my previous purchase quickly. I went into the store to purchase a mere sole replacement and was so fortunate to meet Beverly in person. Called to get a footbed mailed. Nathan was extremely helpful. He checked other stores to find me what I needed. He called back when he found one. It was great to have a young man going above and beyond for customer service. Very friendly.

Happy feet had a great selection of high end footwear! I found them in Tampa a fees years back as I was dealing with plantar fasciitis. I found the kenkoh flops to be a great in house shoe- well outdoor too- the birks as most know are a fabulous supporting shoe as well that can be worn anywhere. As for the store personnel, I have had nothing but great experience in all three stores I’ve visited from Tampa, to Sarasota, to Ellington!
