The employees have always been kind and friendly, addressing any issues immediately. The other day they went above and beyond though. I got home and realized something fell out of my car while i was cleaning it out. My husband went back right before closing to look for the item and the employees helped my husband search through trash bags until it was found. We never expected that kind of help but it was so greatly appreciated. 5 star service all around!

I don't have a membership to this location so I pay a lot for a single car wash. It's hit and miss and the lines are long and it's backed up. Since lines are long and people are cutting the line once the gates are open so sometimes my $22.00 doesn't give me the tires and the buffer at the end. I do appreciate the vaccines, but there's never clean towels after paying for a single wash.

Always a good time going through the car wash in the summertime. Not so bad the rest of the year. They've got a great membership package. One monthly payment for all access to the car wash and the vacuums. Great value! They even give you an air freshener that actually smells half way decent and a dash wipe.

Happy's pre power washed stuck on bugs. I was a bit hesitant when I saw ttey were taking a high powered power washer. I'm not sure how safe that is for the paint and special coating we had the dealer apply. In the end they did OK getting the car clean. It didn't clean the back of the RAV4 well. I think that is due to the way the rollers go over the top of the car, so it misses the top part of the rear windows and sides. Simply WOW! This car wash is amazing! Went for the most expensive wash (Wash Me Happy Package) for my car which was very dirty from a road trip. Not only did the wash clean my car, it made it SHINE. NO other self service car wash I have tried has produced results like Happy's. Five stars all the way, highly recommended!
