Went through the car wash today and I'm extremely pleased how my car turned out and there's a lot of vacuum stations with free towels and glass spray too

They do t understand English I guess they don't returns phone calls they just refund your money and cancel your membership .. not fond of this place been with them since they opened and this was my treatment

Okay car wash, way overpriced. The people that are supposed to spray your car before hand were spraying somebody's floor mats off to the side so we were left with bugs all over the windshield and the grill of our car. I wouldn't suggest it.

For $18 I expect my car to be clean. I am extremely unhappy and will discourage my friends and family from using this shoddy excuse for a car wash.

I thought I would try them a new car wash over in Springfield. I was very disappointed lots of powerful washing as you're going through, but it missed the whole bottom part of my car and did not dry it off. Streaks in the windows mud on the mudflaps by the wheels and tires were dirty. Never go there again.

Employee removed paint layers in pre wash.HAPPY's car wash is only wanting to cover half of the damages. Employee admitted the damage was not pre existing. They have video of the employee causing the damage and they are only talking partial responsibility. Do not under any circumstance take your vehicle here .
