I went here today for their free car wash opening weekend. The line was understandably very long but it moved quickly. I think we were in line for 15-20 minutes. They had two lines going at first that then split into three lines. The people directing cars were excellent at their jobs and handled the traffic really well. They were also super nice and friendly. Went through the car wash today and I'm extremely pleased how my car turned out and there's a lot of vacuum stations with free towels and glass spray too

I'm going to stop coming here if the workers continue to harass about a membership. I do not need to hand my card off to someone when the kiosk to pay is right outside my car window. Set up is weird.
Where I do appreciate the friendly staff at Happy's Carwash, I feel that when they are busy, they should spend less time having conversations and more time keeping the gates moving efficiently. On several occasions my lane was skipped over multiple times because drivers needed assistance completing their transactions but the attendant was locked in on talking to people.

The slowest drive through car wash that has ever existed. What is the point of a screen to pick your wash and pay if someone has to come up and help you. Also one guy for 3 lanes, while simultaneously holding an hour long conversation with each car that comes up? If I could get the last 30 minutes of my life back, I'd spend it scooping out my eyes with a melon baller because it would have been better than this experience.
They do t understand English I guess they don't returns phone calls they just refund your money and cancel your membership .. not fond of this place been with them since they opened and this was my treatment
Okay car wash, way overpriced. The people that are supposed to spray your car before hand were spraying somebody's floor mats off to the side so we were left with bugs all over the windshield and the grill of our car. I wouldn't suggest it.
For $18 I expect my car to be clean. I am extremely unhappy and will discourage my friends and family from using this shoddy excuse for a car wash.
