Staff is amazing, property is beautiful, great location highly recommend
Good except for TV going out 3 times and room service unlocking our door and entering WHICH WE DID NOT EVEN ORDER. We even tried to order room service a couple of times, but no answer. Also, we refused turn down service but they showed up twice. Little unnerving to walk in your locked room and see a stranger standing there. Way too expensive, but everyone was nice.
Full-service hotel with great staff and customer service. Quiet location and just a short stroll to town. Great view out to Edgartown Harbor
Our second visit to the hotel. And a wonderful visit. It is a beautiful property and the staff and facilities are excellent.

Everything was nice. I just wished towels were replenished properly. I had to call two evenings for wash cloths.
Business response:
We greatly appreciate your feedback in this matter. We hope overall you have a wonderful experience at the hotel and come join us again sometime here on the beautiful Vineyard. Take care and best wishes.
Nettes amerikanisches Hotel. Umgebung traumhaft.
Business response:
We greatly appreciate your feedback, it helps us build more attentive staff and a more welcoming place for all of our guest. We hope to see you again!
