Incredible property Can’t wait to return
The hotel was beautiful. Have always wanted to stay at this hotel. The service was lacking though- it may have been due to covid. The bartender in the restaurant during the weekend was just unfriendly. No waters available in the room etc.
Overall, it was a nice stay. Pros: renovated rooms, nice pool area, the hotel is close to the downtown area and the restaurant area in Edgartown. The front desk staff was helpful. Cons: you can hear everything outside of your room. Walls are paper thin. Some of the staff at the restaurant were just rude. Again overall, it was a nice stay.
The hotel is lovely. Very clean. The beds were comfortable. We stayed in the new building this year. The bathrooms are small but the room was nice overall.

Most things were great, but if you are in the new bldg. be aware the 2nd floor has no ice machine, the stairs up to the 2nd floor are steep, and there is no handicap access. Rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon which was a problem.
