I would say that it started out like a dream and turned into a nightmare. We were lied to continually, kept in the dark, and charged for unknown fees with no contract. The floor my mother was put on had only 2 tenants, herself and another guest, and dementia patients would regularly show up at her door in the middle of the night banging on her door. Please don't send ANYONE there! What a nightmare. I promise you, I am easy going, and not picky at all. But they are in the middle of a transition, and are completely disorganized and understaffed. They also charged my Mother for things that were never discussed without any receipt or paperwork. The hot water was often non functional, as well as many electrical outlets. Twice, I found Alzheimer's patients knocking on my Mother's door repeatedly, and it turned out they had been missing for hours. I could go on and on. We star... read more
