Please don't send ANYONE there! What a nightmare. I promise you, I am easy going, and not picky at all. But they are in the middle of a transition, and are completely disorganized and understaffed. They also charged my Mother for things that were never discussed without any receipt or paperwork. The hot water was often non functional, as well as many electrical outlets. Twice, I found Alzheimer's patients knocking on my Mother's door repeatedly, and it turned out they had been missing for hours. I could go on and on. We star... read more

In Dec of 2022, there was prior ownership in place, we took over in July of 2022 and have implemented several improvement and management changes to ensure that no one has such a concerning experience. When we walked in the front door the odor of urine met us and we walked out.
