The room was spotless, as always. And the staff was genuinely courteous and professional. Absolutely no complaints. By far, in my opinion, Harlow is the city's best hotel!

Room with King sized bed was spotless. Bed was very comfortable especially the pillows. Reasonable price. Casino and hotel staff were friendly and nice. The pit bosses actually came up to me and started a conversation. Better not have your phone out at the tables 😂. Only thing I was disappointed about was the craps table was not open due to short staff. Said they only open it 1 day per year. Huge room and staff is friendly and helpful. Some water damage on the bathroom ceiling, a few lady bugs in the room, some mold in the shower. The restaurant that's is open during the week is pretty much gas station food. Wanted to try the high-end restaurant but it is only open on Fri and Sat.

I want to take this time and thank the young ladies at the front desk. Whom helped me to surprise my siblings of my arrival. For our grandmother's 100th Birthday celebration. They were awesome and distracting them 😊😎 Thank you 😘
