My stay was very delightful. It was a quick getaway. Although I didn’t partake in any casino activities it did look fun. There was also a live band on the weekends. The young lady at Perks coffee was very pleasant and made my macchiato with love both days. It was perfect. Lol. The young lady that checked me in, Kaliyah was super helpful. She made sure I was on a quiet floor and away from the elevator. My only recommendation for the property mgmt would be to offer more cable channel options or have TVs that allow streaming. HARLOWS The front desk personal and other staff were amazing, with the EXCEPTION of the disgruntled employee on Friday morning that serves coffee at the small cafe in the lobby. The concerns are: no locks on the double doors to the bathroom, MINIMAL TV channels, walking through a smoke-filled room to enter into the diner, why isn't breakfast not served well before 10am!!! Update the lobby areas, Place another noticeable sign DIRECTLY at the first turn into the casino.
