It was ok my only concerns where there was no refrigerator, no microwave ,and the TV channels sucked
Comfortable evening Check-in was quick and efficient. Caroline was friendly, caring, courteous, let us know where to find our rooms, dinner, etc. Love it when the staff care. Food at the buffet was exceptional as we don't often get that variety of food in Minnesota. One small negative; could not figure out the lights over the bed as we read every night no matter what time it is. Night lights bulbs don't cut it.
Building and facilities were great. A little too much noise from neighboring travelers coming through the walls. The buffet left a lot to be desired on Sunday night.
Most hotels come with writing pad and pen. I worked from my room majority of my stay. My husband's father had passed away. Also, no guide for channels. Would have been to have a non-smoking area in the casino. I am asthmatic. Breakfast buffet would be nice.
Front desk staff was excellent. Cleaning staff was helpful.
