Great Beds We were greeted and welcomed to the hotel. What I was not told to me was that the food voucher was only for the check-in date. The clerk did mention what was open but not once did she say you can only use today. The smell of smoke is almost over whelming from the nearby casino when you check-in. That said, the room was very nice and clean. We loved the beds and pillows.
Vacation Check in was fast. Maid services was decent. The TV was what I would call antenna, thank God for Netflix. We forgot the do not disturb sign on the door so we stepped out and got what we needed our bad lol. The casino was fun after we found a few good waitresses who was actually there to earn tips. The buffet was good. The snack bar was good food but a few times had to deal with people not that friendly. On point From the moment I arrived till the moment I checked out, I can unequivocally say I had a Phenomenal stay. To begin with, there were two stellar front desk employees that truly represented the mission of the Harlow. I was very pleased with Harlow’s very nice and clean . I can’t wait to go back. If your looking for a top of the line place to stay I definitely would recommend Harlow’s.
everyone was so very nice.
Reasonable option while staying the the area for business. The lobby smells like smoke due to the casino, but the room was clean and comfortable. Also, the food in the casino cafe was better than expected. Would stay here again should I need to be in the area.
