Enjoyed My Stay can't wait to go back! My stay at Harlow's was excellent, the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. I doubts about staying here after reading other reviews but I'm glad I did stay. The room was spacious and clean! My casino experience was great won some lost some but overall it was great. Loved the live band they had playing inside the casino! Can't wait to go Back had a great time in greenville, ms! See you Soon!

Nice get away Had the best time at Harlow's!!! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, hotel was clean. Being there is a Casino downstairs you do smell smoke when you get close to entrance but when we made it to our room the smell was gone .... Only had one problem, 1 casino staff was kinda rude and made us feel irritated about getting drinks ..but other than that I would still give them a 10 out of 10!!! Seafood buffet was AMAZING!!!!! Front desk courtesy was good. Door did not lock. Call front desk was sending service repair but figured out how to make lock. Good thing I did not assume it locked when closed. Poor selection of TV stations. Picking $125 should not expect more. Free breakfast was slow but taste okay. Did not like water quality. Had cloudy color. Someone told me it was salt.

A lot better than expected after reading some of the reviews. All of the staff was very polite. Bed and pillows were great. Room clean, I really liked the shampoo and conditioner that was provided. We were there for the Marty Stewart concert, it was a good trip overall, even though it was an eight hour round trip.
So so for the price The water in the bath tub didn't work in the first room. They immediately switched us to a new room. There was no microwaves for the guests to use fridge in the room like it said. Upgrades need to be done. Beds were very comfortable.

Decent enough hotel, but smokey throughout The property and rooms are clean, but the moment you walk into the lobby it smells like a stale cigarette. Sure, it's a casino, I get that. But, the stale smoke hangs in the elevator and through the hotel area hallways and, while slight, stays with you into the hotel room. That alone will always be a deal-killer.
