I had a few issues while at Harlow's this time. However, I was able to share my concerns with the customer service representative (she was GREAT) and completed a complaint card. I was immediately contacted by the Front desk supervisor (GREAT customer service) and everything was taken care of in an timely manner. My previous stay at Harlow's was good and I anticipate the next stay to be better!

Very clean Everything was wonderful. Good food and staff. Rooms were clean and everyone was helpful.

Not so clean Hotel House keeping was poor! Used soap left in the shower. The room had a weird odor when you walked in. Made a complaint to find out no other rooms were available.

It's just an OK hotel. There are many options in the area, so when I visit this is where I always stay.

Doors needed painting in the bathroom and the mattress was very hard.

Best Hotel in Mississippi Front desk was very polite, room service was excellent, hotel fit my life style along with my childern. I would stay at Harlows on my next visit to Mississippi... it was a safe and clean place to stay
