Company is such a scam will have ads of rentals tell you apply while the one you’re interested in is pending another application. So your down 50$ that they don’t even refund you back. Even other companies in Provo have gave me my money back from app fee. Then I asked about another place, in the email someone replied “I’ll find out probably later today” that was a couple days ago and still haven’t heard anything back, thanks for keeping updating.
