I’m not one to do a review and this would be my first ever, but after reading some of the other reviews on here I felt it was needed. My husband and I have rented from a few different places and Harman property management is by far the worst place we have ever rented from and we never had to go through anything like this before, I would be give them zero stars if I could. Communication is very bad. They don't communicate quickly. They do not do any maintenance on their properties and even when it is maintenance of things that have already been delivered to you in poor condition, they charge you separately. If you have trouble getting an Appointment through the app then they don't give you an appointment personally. I do not recommend them.

With the emergence of Corona Virus and increased number of deaths and reported cases of victims, it is advised to stay at home with your loved ones in other to survive this deadly virus but one has to go to work in other to earn money to buy food for the family..Unfortunately businesses are closing down due to this virus making it even more difficult to get money for those that totally depend on salary. Where do I begin? Last winter our heater went out and it took them 3 days to get back to us, by that time we had just figured it out ourselves. This summer they went from watering the lawn 24-7 (no joke) and flooding our front doorway, they then sent an email out saying that someone was "turning the sprinklers to face the doors" and stopped watering all together. They have continued to water the grass that faced the road so people think its a nice place but the grass in the middle of the complex is patchy and dry and dead... read more

Just today (2/26/21) I unfortunately experienced blatant discrimination with Harman Property Management based on my request for an ESA accommodation. Sana Soi was directly involved with delaying my application for 4 weeks while they "investigated" my credibility for ESA based on mental illness. During this time, I submitted both my therapist letter and RA form that was signed electronically by my therapist. Terrible terrible terrible service. Very unprofessional staff and very hard to find help and reliability. Property was not taken care of by management AT ALL.
