Staff was very easy to reach and offered great personal touches. Made us feel more comfortable hearing from our loved one the care they received and knowing what they were taken care. I would highly recommend this facility as someone who had a smooth move-in and, although our stay was short, a smooth process on the way out.
My dear mom lived in the same house for 96 years and had no plans on leaving, but as her health declined after a fall and broken hip she refused in-home help and things went downhill quickly. My husband visited several assisted living dementia facilities and found Harmony Village to be superior in every way. I worried constantly that my mom would be incredibly unhappy away from her home and would not adapt to a new setting. How wrong I was. We feel so fortunate to have found a home for my husband at Harmony Village. I looked at several places over a 5 month period and spent time with staff at each residence. I was particularly impressed with the staff at Harmony. They answered questions and concerns I had about placing my husband in a memory care residence. Our family's experience at Harmony Village in Paramus has been wonderful. Director Risa Corey and Dementia Specialist [name removed] are incredibly caring and responsive, as is the entire staff. Our mother is well cared for, secure and happy, and it has given us tremendous peace of mind.

Attentive to patient's needs. Laundry seems to be a challenge at times, despite my mom's name in her clothes...some missing, and other clothes just have no identification
I thought Harmony Village was wonderful and gave a great tour. The people were very helpful and answered all of our questions. They just didn't have a bed available. And they were also the most expensive of all the places we toured.
I would recommend Harmony Village to those who are looking. the staff are fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. they are always willing to bend over backward to help you. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this community.
We chose Harmony Village because she was in rehab and they wanted her to continue to get that care. The room sizes at the facility are very good and spacious. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend to others looking.
My father is now fully vaccinated. They have done the best they can with covid and have made sure that all of his needs are taken care of and they are keeping the residents active. They are very good with communication by video chats, emails, newsletters and are always available if I need them. My dad has had no complaints about the food.
