Harmony Village was a perfect place for our family to place our father in good hands. We signed my father up as a resident in Harmony Village at the end of January. They were literally putting the touch up paint on the walls. My mom and I were given a tour of the facility by [Name removed] . He graciously spent time with us explaining all the aspects of Harmony Village. By the end of the tour mom and I decided this would be the right place. We toured Harmony Village at CareOne Paramus during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. The facility itself was great. However, the staff did not seem good and seemed somewhat untrustworthy.

I do not feel that they were engaging with my father at Harmony Village. If he was sitting there in a wheelchair, they would leave him there and he wouldn't get to participate in any of the activities. There are levels of dementia care, and each floor is locked. There was not enough staff to monitor the residents. They were also expensive for what you got. I removed my father from this facility. I would not recommend Harmony Village.
