My first visit with Harris & Harris was very professional and the nurses were outstanding. I received lab reports in a very timely manor by a cell call. Fast forward, the appointment with Harris & Harris this year was a total different experience. Dr visit, no problem. The staff on the other hand is something to express. This time around I have yet to receive a call about my lab results. At check in I was told my file was up to date after adding my new insurance information.
