RecommendedThe house was much more spacious than the pictures let on. We had everything we could need and close to the beach. Only complaint was there were ants in the house when we got there. Overall, beautiful house in an amazing location. Spacious bedrooms and the master bathroom was huge!

Pros- the house was amazing. Pool was wonderful. House was super clean. Cons- Air conditioner went out the first day as did the elevator. Gentlemen came out and fixed them. Second day elevator went out again. Called at 10 am then again at 5 said they would get someone out. 9:30 next morning called again and was told they would put a work order in. We LOVED our stay in Morgantown at Fort Morgan. Our home was so comfortable, clean, beautiful and just a short walk to the beach!! Will definitely be back!!

We are currently in one of the houses. Fort Morgan has been beautiful. The house has been great and any issues that arise have been fixed immediately. I will definitely use them again and refer all my friends and family! Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

We stayed at Always Summer House and it was great! The location was away from the crows which is what we wanted with the virus. We mostly hung out around the beach and our pool due to that. Lots of room, plenty of kitchen supplies and a great location. We loved it had the lagoon and beach plus a pool outside our door. It was a great time and we hope to go back.

We just finished a week at Breakers 2 on Fort Morgan Road. The house was absoutely perfect in all ways. Clean, spacious, well laid out. I will certainly rent this house again in the furture. Was just a very short walk to the beach which was very nice when you have little ones. I would also say that Harris Properties is the only ones that I have ever rented from that text you before you arrive asking was there anything that they could do and to also text you during your stay checking on you to see if you needed anything. We had a fabulous time during our stay at “Tiki Time”!! The house was beautiful with an even better view of the lagoon! Loved having the option to swim in the private pool, paddle board in the lagoon, or just relax underneath the house!! We will be back! 💙

House is a little out dated and needs some repair. Have a small problem but Harris came right out and fix it. Nice quiet beach. Family had a great time, coming back here next year.
