RecommendedThe home, Walk on Sand, was beautiful and perfect for our family of 17. The outdoor balconies were comfortable and quite enjoyed. The kitchen was fully stocked with the right amount of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. But could have used some dish rags instead of one sponge. The on-site laundry was much needed and appreciated. My wife and I just stayed at our 4th different Harris Vacation Rental property over the last 6 years. Everything was perfect from the moment we showed up at the clean house and the hand written greeting note. Our trip was filled with sunrises, surf fishing, nature watching, pool swimming, Blue Angel practice watching, great food and salt air. Do yourself a favor and book with Harris!
Highly recommend Paws and Relax in Fort Morgan The house was wonderful for our family of 5 plus 2 friends and 2 dogs! The house is new and decorated beautifully! The kitchen is fully stocked, loved the Keurig duo coffee maker and the ninja blender! We loved being on a dead end street, it was a quick and easy walk to the beach. Our kids loved the daily ice cream truck that came through at 11am and 2pm. With all the negative press going on in the vacation rental business right now - Harris was quick to help us in our planning and even quicker to give a full refund on our deposits and down payments. It goes without question that when we do get to go down there again, we'll be renting a Harris Property.

Staying at “fountain of youth”. Definitely enjoying everything about the stay. House is extremely clean and just what we needed for our 4 night stay. The beach is so close that we literally sleep to the sound of the surf. Love it and plan to come again

This was our 2nd year using Harris Properties. We had a great stay both times! They are helpful and do a good job helping us find the perfect condo! Thank you! We stayed at “A Wonderful Life” this year and it was very nice. It was clean and the view was fantastic!
