Have lived here for almost 10 years. Great location, close to Hwy 440 and 24, close to downtown. Nice neighborhood. Maintenance issues are usually addressed quickly, many times on the same day the request is made. Although rents in Nashville have been on the rise, and the same goes for living here...cost of rent here is still more reasonably priced than other places in the area.
New renter here. Experience is nice. Neighbors are friendly. The view from the balcony is very pretty. Managers, especially John, do a great job in property maintenance and communication. The room layout is nicer than many newly built apartments.
There are constantly parties happening late at night, with a lot of people that don’t live there, drinking and being loud, and with that many extra guests you can never find a parking spot close to your apartment. Cars get broken into, car windows get broken and things get stolen out of them. Whenever something breaks, it takes weeks sometimes months for it to get fixed or they will send maintenance to your apt late at night. I have been a long time resident from 1998 until 2011 and it has always felt like home. Anything I needed done,the manager has always been attentive to the matter. They went above and beyond to make it home and I never had any issues with parking, car break-ins,neighbors. It has always been quiet. I unfortunately had to move due to my job,but I’d never hesitate to come back if needed.
I lived at Hartford House apartments for 14 years.The manager John and the maintenance team always responded quickly to any concerns. It is a quiet and well maintained property with a nice picnic area and swimming pool. I recommend these nice apartments.
