I’ve lived in one of the studio units for a little over three months now, and I’ve loved it here. The apartment itself is spacious enough to fit all of my needs, and the walk-in closet has been a delight. My balcony view is stunning, and I love how much natural light it gives me. Best place I’ve ever lived. The property manager John has been so helpful and kind. He keeps the property clean and beautifully lush. I feel safe here :)

Amazing community, quiet neighborhood. The property manager is very kind and helpful. The apartments them selves are nice, and it feels very safe and comfortable living here. 10/10
New renter here. The application process is a breeze. You send them a message to arrange for a tour. Someone reaches out to you via text to answer any questions you might have. On appointment day, you tour the property with John, the manager. He goes through all the amenities and shows you the rooms. We applied and got approved within a few days. The property is definitely dated but it is very well kept, the units are large and the buildings have charm and character. The grounds are pretty and manicured and you can tell John... read more
