New renter here. Experience is nice. Neighbors are friendly. The view from the balcony is very pretty. Managers, especially John, do a great job in property maintenance and communication. The room layout is nicer than many newly built apartments.

New renter here. The application process is a breeze. You send them a message to arrange for a tour. Someone reaches out to you via text to answer any questions you might have. On appointment day, you tour the property with John, the manager. He goes through all the amenities and shows you the rooms. We applied and got approved within a few days. Have lived here for almost 10 years. Great location, close to Hwy 440 and 24, close to downtown. Nice neighborhood. Maintenance issues are usually addressed quickly, many times on the same day the request is made. Although rents in Nashville have been on the rise, and the same goes for living here...cost of rent here is still more reasonably priced than other places in the area.

Lived here for almost a year and we just love it. John, the property manager, is the absolute best! The property is very clean and has a nice calm, relaxing, atmosphere. Having my baby's school right across the street is a bonus for sure!!

I have been a long time resident from 1998 until 2011 and it has always felt like home. Anything I needed done,the manager has always been attentive to the matter. They went above and beyond to make it home and I never had any issues with parking, car break-ins,neighbors. It has always been quiet. I unfortunately had to move due to my job,but I’d never hesitate to come back if needed.
