RecommendedI have been a resident here for almost 6 years now. We absolutely love it! There are always fish in the ponds to go fishing, grounds are always nice from the groundskeeper, and right now the exterior of the buildings are being painted. I love living somewhere that stays nice and fresh!

RecommendedI am not a resident at Hartshire but my son, daughter-in-law and grandson are. They love it there! When I visit I am always impressed at how clean and inviting the grounds are. The kids haven't had any problems and are planning to stay for a while!
RecommendedI have been a resident here at Hartshire Lakes for 4 years and absolutely love it. We have resident events every month and Maintenance is always there when we need them!
Absolutely ridiculous!! the maintenance is a joke! Looks like a toddler does the repairs!! To rob people of money claiming you're a luxury apartment is BS!! Hodge podge repairs, mismatched paint. You should be embarrassed to think this was ok to let someone even move in but you deceive them showing a pristine model and then making them lock in to their rate and not showing them theirs til night before after movers set in place, insurance set up, electricity set up!!Already contacted my lawyer for further action!

I have close friends that live at Hartshire.The management does not handle maintenance very well.We were pounded with snow and they offered no snow removal or sidewalk clearance.This is very negligent,considering there are children,elderly,and handicapped residents. The management does not seem to hold the resident's safety in any regard.There is not sufficient lighting around the complex.Its very dark outside of the front porch lights.The sidewalks are not well lit and for the dog owners,the dog park is very dark at night.... read more

RecommendedUpdate: I do feel that London is doing his best to address the issues after going and speaking with him, again, today (12/29/2025) Yes and no to living here- This place would be great if things were addressed We have been residents here for almost four years and the past few months have seen a significant decline in living conditions.
