I lived in this community from Aug 2020 - Aug 2024. Front office staff have always been incredibly helpful and friendly. Tiffany is very responsive to issues and complaints and I greatly appreciated that. The community is quiet and tight knit which I really liked. The biggest con to living here was definitely price. There is nothing “luxury” about the apartments other than the price. The dishwasher in my unit was extremely loud, dated and broke frequently. I had horrible upstairs neighbors that were loud 24/7. They were so rowdy that pictures were knocked off my walls. Their kids poured water on me and spit on me through cracks in their balcony while trying to sit on my patio and the office did little to nothing to help. Shy of sending letters they said nothing more could be done. Doesn’t matter how friendly the staff is if they don’t care about what kind of living environment the tenants have.
