complete inability to manage subcontractors and almost no communication during the process. Customer service, especially warranty, is horrific. A complete lack of care in customer satisfaction and job oversight.
Hauk promised us the moon and we got a very bad delivery. Communication is very poor and they do not respect their promises. The result is a swimming pool that far below expectations. Folks do not go with them. They are crooks and liars.
We had the construction of our swimming pool completed three months ago but in the mean time we got lots of problems in terms of leaks, expanding walls, tiles getting loose ... Plus Hauk does not respond to your mails. They are only after your money. Sour experience.
