They are very rude to clients
Overpriced and charges for services not rendered. Twice.
We have been taking our dog to Haven Animal Hospital for the past five years. We brought her in to see Dr. Barbara Bytwerk last month after finding blood in her urine (which we assumed was a UTI). After a fiasco over whether an ultrasound should have been performed, we left with a prescription and a huge bill.
