I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and I love it! I’ve lived in three different apartments across San Antonio and this is my favorite by far. Hannah, who is gone now, and Moises are super helpful every time I go to the office.
My main man Moises has been extremely accommodating and making my move here a breeze. The apartment itself is extremely spacious and in the heart of the medical center perfect for me because I work in the medcenter. The apartment is brand new and modern. Been living at Hawthorne House for almost 2 months now. The apartments feel spacious due to the high ceilings. The amenities are great and always clean. The front office staff is always professional and willing to help. Moises from the front office was very helpful from the beginning when I was still looking for apartments. He made sure I had all the information I needed and was helpful in facilitating my move in process when I decided to move to Hawthorne House. Living at Hawthorne house is amazing the atmosphere is sort of like a grown up college dorm. Neighbors come together at the Pool, weight room or common areas to have fun and visit. But are respectful because it appears that everyone works. Most appear to work in the medical profession and are able to walk to work. There is plenty of parking in the covered garage. And the staff is so friendly.
My boyfriend and I have been looking for an apartment for not too long but we decided to stay here due to the type of energy we recieved from Moises as soon as we walked in! Moises greeted us with such a gentle and warm welcome. He definitely made us feel at home. He offered a drink, some snacks, and during the tour we never felt we were getting sold to but rather being shown our new home! Ask for Moises!
My boyfriend and I just toured this apartment and the staff was the most helpful, welcoming, and kind out of any other apartment staff. Moises Valenciana gave us the tour and he was very professional, and took great care of us. He brought us to multiple different apartments across the community as we were very unsure about what we wanted without hesitation. He answered every question we had. The apartments are beautiful! Everybody should at least go and tour this apartment and hopefully you’ll get to tour with Moises.
