Beware of the pricing when applying for an apartment here. I applied for one of their one bedrooms and at the time of the application it was going for $1475. Once I got approved, however, the price suddenly changed for $1609! The leasing staff didn’t seem surprised that the rate was $1609 because they didn’t seem to realize what the original price on the apartment was. It started out good here it now they have let the rift raff in. I get people running up and down the halls at 1 am yelling and acting the fool every night now. They have refused the few requests I have made to accommodate my disabilities, and now this week the final straw. I moved to Texas from way up north where negative temperatures are the norm. Horrible living experience. I have been living here for about 10 months already. Before you sign the lease they keep promising you about things that never will happen. And they are just like any bad apartment complex trying to get as much money as they can. It is extremely annoying to keep hearing cars passing by Wurzbach all day just because they did not want to pay more to have higher quality windows and walls. Finally. I wanted to pay the rent by the 28th as usual but they said I have a large Credit that covers the rent ... read more
