billing dept is out of touch and outdated.still waiting for SOMEONE to return my call from 2 days ago. trying to bill me for equipment from August?? would never recommend them to anyone. rep that was here gave me total misinformation

She represents Health System Services in such a professional and efficient manner making a stressful process completely worry free. My mother’s equipment was promptly delivered - I believe by Duane who was so friendly and helpful making our experience with HSS truly great. They told me that they took my insurance, so I gave them my business. A year later I get a big bill in the mail, so I end up calling them. This is where things get interesting.... they tell me over the phone that they thought they took my insurance but later found out that they didn't take my insurance. Health Systems Services never called me nor did they send a letter to inform me that they were wrong and that they never took my insurance. Absolutely worst place to do business regarding power wheelchair. Called for repair service, took them 5 weeks to get to me. Then it took them 4 weeks to repair it, only to be return to me not fixed. Same problem why I called for repairs is still giving me problems, I've never been treated worst by a company. They called them a "family business" but they don't treat you like family.
