after retiring from a career in accounting, i have never seen a more convoluted accounting system than with this company on 1/13/26 i started with cpap machine, a gew days later i received a box of supplies. wasn’t for me and i returned about a month later the original cpap and unopened box of supplies the bills kept coming: in april i received an invoice for $61 for 1/14 service. yup 3 months after the fact 4 months after the fact another invoice for $22.89 i called customer service regarding the $61 explained eve... read more

HSS picked up oxygen tanks on 8/9/2023. As of 2/7/2024 they are still attempting to bill me $79 a month for ZERO services or equipment since August. Overdue, overdue is all they understand. They are not even members of the Better Business Bureau, so that's a waste of time. They owe me over $370 of my hard-earned Social Security lifetime contributions. this company does not care about thier patients they are hard to reach on call when you have a mechanical concern no one calls you back for hours you have to call numerous times. they are willing to meet you wherever to bring you supplies which is good but they don't always check the supplies before they are brought and they bring the wrong ones or faulty things.
I was paying for services on a machine that had been recalled. Not their doing but yes their problem. I was advised to continue with my insurance as otherwise I might have to have a whole new sleep study. I may be stupid but charging my insurance company for services I was not receiving is like FRAUD. The billing I received made zero sense. When I asked for a detailed bill what I got was someone’s work on an excel spreadsheet. The whole thing has been a ridiculous nightmare. I paid the final bill but I’m not done looking in... read more
