They told me that they took my insurance, so I gave them my business. A year later I get a big bill in the mail, so I end up calling them. This is where things get interesting.... they tell me over the phone that they thought they took my insurance but later found out that they didn't take my insurance. Absolutely worst place to do business regarding power wheelchair. Called for repair service, took them 5 weeks to get to me. Then it took them 4 weeks to repair it, only to be return to me not fixed. Same problem why I called for repairs is still giving me problems, I've never been treated worst by a company. They called them a "family business" but they don't treat you like family.
