Nothing Express about this place. Don’t come here for anything urgent or emergency. Could have gone to an emergency room and got better not to mention faster service. Sad thing for this community.
A bit irritated. I came in with a injured foot. PA-C comes in with little to short answers. not sure why she treated me the way she did, but she brushed it off like my injury doesn't matter. and asked if I was taking anything for pain (I don't need anything for pain) and proceeds to give a script for "Naproxen" to make it feel better. I'm beyond shocked. I don't ever dismiss ANY PATIENTS problems or concerns. but wow.
there is no point in making an Appt because you will still wait forever. Made an appt the previous day for 1030am, it's now noon and we still have 2 people ahead of us. Not to mention the staff is beyond rude. The ER would be better than this place.....
I will never go here for medical care now that I found out that they are using a loophole in the law to charge over $200 for a Covid test that is supposed to be free. I won’t support a company that profits from the suffering that this pandemic has brought. I find it immoral and distasteful.
i.made an appt to wait over an hour anyways. it did t matter .
hubby went last week, not asked to wear a mask. I was hounded multiple times despite telling them I have ptsd. they were also pretty slow. only positive I saw was the man that took my x-rays. Loved how nice he was
Angela is the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered here. I used to love this place, and I will never recommended it now. What a rude woman to have as the face and voice of your clinic. Unbelievably horrible experience.
They are local, my son sick we came here waited about 20 mins then he went to back they have done a couple test but it's been a good hour n half now and I just went and checked on him and the doctor hasn't been inn his room yet, I asked them if they only had 1 doctor they said yes so that's our hold up theirs server people inn back anyways hopefully he get out soon and praying that's it's nothing too serious
