The doctor that saw my son was patient with him and we never felt like we were being rushed. She listened to all of my concerns and answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand. This was once my 'go-to' place for small things or if I couldn't get into my PCP office. This is NOT the case anymore. I waited over 2.5 hours today and still did not see a doctor. The 'nurse' who put me in a room didn't even take my temperature, much less check on me after I had been in a treatment room there well over an hour. I am disappointed and disgusted by the lack of care I received.
