I have visited this location multiple times over the years for various reasons and have always praised its cleanliness and service. However, I’m disappointed to see the introduction of a new QR code check-in system that is not functioning well. When the QR code fails, patients are forced to fill out numerous forms as if they are new patients, even though all that information is already stored in their computer system.
