All the office staff make a Nice friendly environment, thank you. Dr. Perez is very nice and friendly too, listened to my concerns and needs and followed through willingly, she is a pleasure to work with, I Thank her for that.

My experience with the doctor was good as usual, however due to the Covid situation and a sign clearly posted stating if you’re not being see you can not be in the waiting area, many people had their children with them and the office waiting area was over crowded. Covid is not gone and doctors/businesses need to not be so relaxed as the cases are rising.

The waiting room was quite warm No one asked anyone if they were hot or warm out in the waiting room.

I love Dr. Perez. She is so sweet. Only waited 15 minutes to be called back. That is why I like early appointments. The medical assistant was great too!

My visit is always great. I’m in and out quickly. My como is when I email the supervisor or call and leave a message I never get a response back which sucks, because I live about an hour away and can’t get a hold of anyone.

The Call Center took my message and sent it to Healthpointe and less than a 1/2 hour I received a call back from a very nice office staff member in a timely manner , and the young lady who called me back was helpful and very friendly! I was pleased with this quick response and pleasant interaction , thank you call center and thank you Healthpointe office staff member for the professionalism! Great job 👍 !
