The service from the assistance at Healthpointe Colton was awesome DeMarcus, Gabby, Kim, and a few other people Gabby Jaylin and Kim were all great assistance to my visit yesterday July 18, 2023. They assisted me with questions I had as well as the doctor saying that he was going to appeal something that supposedly was denied because it was approved and I didn’t understand why and he filled it so I’m grateful for that because I am just trying to get better. I called to get a new prescription and I was helped and treated very well and quickly
Filling up all paperwork almost two hours to my opinion to long since chairs are not confortable and my pain was increasing, I had to get up and lean against the wall couple time, nurse assistant did good job and Dr even better. The guy who did my X-rays was extremely nice. Sorry forgotten his name, but I am thankful to them.
