Excellent care service by all care staff!
The doctors are scheduling their appointments to close to each other which makes you wait at least 2 to 3 hours to see the doctor when your appointment was at a certain time you have to wait those two hours. It’s not fair and ridiculous. A lot of us are in pain or have other Obligations to tend to.

Every time I go in for my therapy it’s never a wait and lag it’s always respectful with the staff.. they are amazing in there . Natalie is a great assistant and help, also very sweet girl .

Hi HP, In the Perris office, I feel you can do allot better for the patients. The wait time is ridiculous. The front office staff always playing around and laughing out loud. That is so un-professional as you are attending to injured humans. .
The staff does not treat you with respect. They are very rude and spend a lot of time talking to each other. I would not recommend visiting healthpointe for any of your needs.
