This office takes advantage of the unfortunate situations of its patients to make profit. They flat out refuse to complete required medical forms online, because they then charge patients $35-40 to complete the paper forms. As if that wasn’t bad enough, these forms are not even returned to patients in a timely manner, sometimes exceeding 2 weeks for completion. If you're of Color you will be treated suspect. I don't like the front staff because they are young, rude and unprofessional. Most times you have to wait long for the doctor. Some doctors have no time. Others do. I've overheard a physical therapist question the validity of my injury with others in a rude unprofessional way which is considered bias and racist. Had a 8am appointment for a physical, drug test and lung test for a job. They have 6 plus workers on the floor and the time is now 9:35am. Why the long wait because the girls are too busy talking and gossiping rather than doing there job! You all wed to work on tending to the patients rather then bs talking.

Talked to Dr lee about my high blood pressure due to my pain. Blood pressure was high, much too high. Dr. Lee had me lay down and have someone else manually take my blood pressure and it went down. I could have a stroke with high blood pressure being so high. I asked for medication because I think my pressure has gone up since the accident at work. Thank you Dr. Lee for making another request for my meds.
