The doctors are scheduling their appointments to close to each other which makes you wait at least 2 to 3 hours to see the doctor when your appointment was at a certain time you have to wait those two hours. It’s not fair and ridiculous. A lot of us are in pain or have other Obligations to tend to.

Every time I go in for my therapy it’s never a wait and lag it’s always respectful with the staff.. they are amazing in there . Natalie is a great assistant and help, also very sweet girl .

Hi HP, In the Perris office, I feel you can do allot better for the patients. The wait time is ridiculous. The front office staff always playing around and laughing out loud. That is so un-professional as you are attending to injured humans. .
The staff does not treat you with respect. They are very rude and spend a lot of time talking to each other. I would not recommend visiting healthpointe for any of your needs.

This office takes advantage of the unfortunate situations of its patients to make profit. They flat out refuse to complete required medical forms online, because they then charge patients $35-40 to complete the paper forms. As if that wasn’t bad enough, these forms are not even returned to patients in a timely manner, sometimes exceeding 2 weeks for completion.
