Irwindale: The office staff is courteous and professional. The medical assistants are caring. Dr. Yuan has been attentive to my physical needs, meaning that he has listened to my physical concerns with great professionalism.
Irwindale location staff is very nice and friendly. Physical was done quick.
irw- X-Ray tech. on the ball and interested in how I sustained injury. Within minutes of my entrance into exam room, my injury was x-rayed. Not even 5 minutes later, I got to see the Dr., He actually took time to ask questions regarding injury and examined the knee. Wow, what great care!
Irwindale- This is a very professional office. The staff here is very polite, respectful, and give their best effort to help me. Front office always is always welcoming and greet me with a smile. Back office is very fast and efficient. Overall i love coming to this office. Very good experience.

I like Dr. Castro, I feel that he was very attentive to my pain and in one session he was able to help me tremendously. The people at the front desk was also helpful. The thing I would like to see an improvement on their organization in terms of scheduling because they can to reschedule me twice.
