The wait to see the doctor is long Seem to be overbooked But my doctor is great need more like him
This facility doesn’t respect the patient‘s time. For the first visit, it was a walk in only so I ended up waiting 2 hours and another 20 minutes after entering the room. No treatment was given. On the 2nd visit, I had a morning appointment but again waited 40 min. Once entered the room I was told I won’t get any treatment and it’s just a follow up visit with the doctor. I was very disappointed that I couldn’t get any treatment after spending hours. The entire experience was very stressful and unprofessional to me.
My appointment was incorrectly scheduled to the wrong drs office. This caused a big inconvenience

Muy buen servicio en Healthpointe de la ciudad de Irwindale, y el personal muy atento. Cuando se requiere de su ayuda siempre están presentes para contestar cualquier pregunta que tengo. En especialmente Emily muy atenta y muy buena gente.
Todo estuve perfecto el terapista muy profesional y el trato excelente
