HQRH is an amazing PT facility! I had a broken femur and went thru in-patient rehab, in-home PT and finally able to do outpatient PT at HQ. Every single person from the front desk to the owner is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You will never be pushed beyond your limitations and you will always be encouraged in each and every exercise! You will not be sorry you picked HQRH as your PT partner, I certainly was and you will be too!
Wonderful staff who truly try to give a chance to improve. There is a wide range of equipment. Cam, the owner, is smart and understanding. Each program is geared individually for the patient. Receptionists are always welcoming, and friendly.
Three words come to mind when describing the staff at at HealthQuest Physical Therapy - Rochester Hills: knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. I never felt I was just another patient; I was always treated with respect and as an individual with unique physical therapy needs. The team at this physical therapy center cares about the health and wellness of their patients. They were kind, empathetic, and very encouraging. I was suffering with frozen shoulder and can safely say, "I was in extreme pain". As a team they rallied behind me and supported me through every stage of the healing process. The environment is very upbeat, friendly, and supportive. If you require PT I would highly recommend this practice as you're sure to smile and laugh while you're working towards your recovery.
Heather Asti and team at the Rochester South location are top-notch! After having my third child my OB referred me to Heather and team for diastasis and pelvic floor recovery. From day one I felt like I knew what was needed to be done to correct the issue at hand and also how my home program played a role in assisting the therapy on site. All of Heather's assistants, techs and desk staff were personable and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed every time. I highly recommend Heather and her team for any PT needs!
I can't say enough about this physical therapy location!! They are incredibly knowledgeable, highly trained and professional while being absolutely friendly and approachable!! If it's possible, they made my physical therapy something to look forward to in my day. We am usually one to dread something like this, but I found myself, after a long day at work, looking forward to my session. At the end of my session, I was sad to leave.
