The team at this physical therapy center cares about the health and wellness of their patients. They were kind, empathetic, and very encouraging. I was suffering with frozen shoulder and can safely say, "I was in extreme pain". As a team they rallied behind me and supported me through every stage of the healing process. The environment is very upbeat, friendly, and supportive. If you require PT I would highly recommend this practice as you're sure to smile and laugh while you're working towards your recovery.

Heather Asti and team at the Rochester South location are top-notch! After having my third child my OB referred me to Heather and team for diastasis and pelvic floor recovery. From day one I felt like I knew what was needed to be done to correct the issue at hand and also how my home program played a role in assisting the therapy on site. All of Heather's assistants, techs and desk staff were personable and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed every time. I highly recommend Heather and her team for any PT needs!

I can't say enough about this physical therapy location!! They are incredibly knowledgeable, highly trained and professional while being absolutely friendly and approachable!! If it's possible, they made my physical therapy something to look forward to in my day. My daughter is a ballet dancer and had an issue with her knee. We were referred to PT by her orthopedic doctor. We choose the closest location to our house and we are so glad that we did. Heather and her team were fantastic! They were professional, highly knowledgeable and easy to schedule. My husband also had issues pertaining to long distance running. I still remember Heather from 13 years ago when she was in the early years of her career in Physical Therapy while I 'started my career' as a frequent patient with a series of injuries. Back then she was already good, today she's even better. Very friendly, very focused and most importantly, very knowledgeable. I had a fantastic experience with Healthquest. I came with a consistent pain in my neck, and I am feeling so much better, and have woken up pain free after 4 weeks of working with them. I worked mainly with Dan and Terri, and they are both skilled, caring and great to work with. The techs are friendly, helpful and patient. I can honestly say I had fun when I went in for my appointment, and its a laid back and friendly environment. I would recommend HealthQuest to anyone that needs to work on improving their physical health.
